There are several therapies that work very well, in addition to traditional talk therapy (which by itself can be extremely successful in helping to make changes). However, sometimes problems are too deeply rooted in our emotions to be healed by talk alone. Below are some links to websites that will provide more information about the therapies I have used successfully with people who are dealing with life problems that don’t easily respond to talk therapy by itself. Don’t let the names of these therapies throw you off. They have all been shown to be successful with various types of life problems.
